All round ocean gal, creative mind and full of fun quirks, Dior loves to capture moments in the world around her through videography and photography. Growing up between Tonga, New Zealand and Australia, jumping between a surf mission, whale-swimming, making friends with animals and exploring with camera in hand, she has a deep love for the ocean world and strives to offer connection through her media creations.
Dior Sheen
Mum, wife and ocean-based artist, photographer, storyteller, and a devoted admirer of the natural world. Through her creativity, Tris brings us moments of connection with the wild, natural world out there. Through years spent in and on the water with whales, sailing through islands, and adventuring alongside her family, of which has shaped her life—where observation becomes creativity and wonder becomes lived experience.
Tristin Sheen
In 2008, The Sheen family, David and Tris along with their 8-year-old son Kai and 6-year-old daughter Dior, sailed into the Kingdom of Tonga, after voyaging from from New York en-route to New Zealand.
Here they purchased an existing swim-with-Humpback-whale business.
